After spending several years on the investment side of Real Estate, Penny Slavens expanded her interest into brokering. With this, she brings a highly professional and personal experience of client needs. She has the in-depth ability to recognize and value their trust with her only goal being – to exceed their expectations.
Additionally, she co-owns and operates Slavens Construction, a civil construction business that specializes in commercial site development and underground utilities. This has garnered an expansive outreach into the community and its surrounding areas. Some of their recent projects include the Marriot Hotel in Pullman, WA, the Cracker Barrel in Coeur d’Alene, ID, and the new construction of the Ponderosa Elementary School right here in Spokane Valley, WA.
In her quiet time, Penny is found playing her keyboard, walking along the river, or encouraging another in their journey of life. Faith is of the utmost importance, making souls front and center for her. She has coined a phrase that you will often hear her saying to real estate colleagues and clients –
“It’s not the sale but the soul that matters.”
